Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before using the WEDROPSITES website (the "Service") operated by [WEDROPSITES LTD] ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Nature of Business

WEDROPSITES is a trading name of [WEDROPSITES LTD], a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: [17004718]). Our registered office is at [Office 9281 321-323 High Road, Chadwell Heath, Essex, United Kingdom, RM6 6AX ].

We operate under the following Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) codes:

• 62011: Ready-made interactive leisure and entertainment software development
• 62012: Business and domestic software development
• 73110: Advertising agencies
• 74100: Specialised design activities

2. Subscription & Services

We offer a productized service model for design, development, and marketing. Clients subscribe to a monthly plan which grants them access to a Trello board where they can submit requests.

• Requests: You may submit an unlimited number of requests to your queue.
• Execution: We process requests one by one (or two by two, depending on your plan).
• Turnaround: While most requests are completed within 48 hours, complex tasks (e.g., full app development) will be broken down into smaller milestones.

3. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

3.1 Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.

3.2 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Stripe customer portal or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date.

3.3 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and the allocation of human resources:

• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months, unused time, or if you simply change your mind after work has commenced.
• Exceptions: In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill our service obligations for a significant period (7+ days), a pro-rated refund may be offered at our sole discretion.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Under SIC 74100 (Specialised Design Activities) and 62012 (Software Development), we transfer rights as follows:

Upon full payment of the applicable subscription fees, you (the Client) obtain full ownership of the final designs, code, and creative assets produced specifically for you during the subscription period. We retain the right to use the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

Note: We do not transfer ownership of any third-party fonts, stock photos, or open-source libraries used in the work, which remain subject to their respective licenses.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (and specifically regarding SIC 62011/62012):

• We do not warrant that the Service (software/websites) will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose. Regarding our advertising services (SIC 73110), you indemnify us against any claims resulting from the content, products, or services you ask us to promote.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
